Current Locomotives

I've just updated some of my ratings following a complete overhauling of all of my lococs. After thourough
cleaning, lubrication and decoder upgrades I would rate them all "good" or better, even the Athearns.

Although it's not intended for use on the layout, it does run quite well.

The "Rating" is my overall impression of the loco, considering appearance and level of
detail, smoothness of operation, pulling power and noise level (or lack of noise).
The locos I marked as "Excellent" come from a few recognizable manufacturers. They are
higher end products and I've found in model railroading you really do get what you pay for.
